- RIGHT OF RETRACTION

6.1 Principle

In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the Article to exercise his right of withdrawal to the Seller, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty, for the purpose of exchange or refund, provided that the Items are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days of notification to the Seller of the decision of withdrawal.

This right of retraction is only open to customers who meet the conditions of the consumer code.

Returns are to be made in their original and complete state (packaging, accessories, notice ...) allowing their re-marketing in the new state, accompanied by the purchase bill. Damaged, soiled or incomplete items are not taken back.

The process and the retraction form are available at the end of the terms and conditions of sale, at the end of the document.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned time frame, only the price of the returned item or items and the associated delivery costs are refunded; return costs remaining at the Customer's expense.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of the Seller receiving the items returned by the Customer under the terms of this article.

6.2 Exceptions

As an exception to the principle set out in Article 6.1 above, under Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Client does not have the right of withdrawal for the provision, in particular, of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection or which are likely to deteriorate or perish rapidly. As a result, the Customer will not be able to retract his commitment to any order for Articles(s) that meet the characteristics of the exceptions to Article L. 221-28 of the above code.
